This past year I only spent my dollars on items that I needed, not wanted, which left opportunity for nothing.. Until the humid summer months came by! I realized after the move cross country I brought zero summer attire, which meant I had a legit excuse to spend my dollars, finally! Slowly a mini collection appeared, with white, blue, and leopard print fashions, but my most loved piece had to have been this woman's silk blouse with a noble french print I found at CTS, a vintage store near Queen West. I wore that fucker immediately and later when needed. It will always refresh my soul with the warm taste of summer, even when I stand in the cold room cold during this early November.

Awake for hours, waiting to watch the peach sunrise slowly take over the blue night. Listening to 'Boy With a Coin, by Iron & Wine makes the moment worth while. Birds waking, transit starting, is what I hear through my open window. Dark objects like a crane, and the glistening buildings downtown steal my attention. I can feel the Monday slowly coming together from a restful sunny weekend, and its alright.

Once upon a future in a far away land, a gentlemen burrowed, in a god forsaken place, a peaceful place, a respectful place, his place. The colors around his reality illuminated rich beauty into his slow paced heart and deteriorating brain. Repulsing it, like the strange, unknown forgetful dreams. It was perfect.
The air was abnormally thick and warm breezes caused the sand paper to flap aggressively against the cabin, making the man wear boots, socks over his trousers, an oxford, and a sophisticated shawl sweat shirt. The clothing pieces reveal mainly 'cotton' and 'wool, cashmere blends', usually what the Last People placed on their fashion garments for luxuriant purposes. It was perfect. Outrageous!
Seasons brought even rain pours and whitening storms. The grey midst above in the open space would disappear on and off like a light show, bringing the white rays onto the grounds. Sometimes the wishful man hoped for long flashes of light at a time. Giving him the sense of all that was special and secure to him. It was perfect.
The man is alone, thoughtless, pathetic. For its his brain's survival mechanism, feel only what there is to feel. Which is what is. The constant coverage over the historic memories shelter his facial reaction, leaving him emotionless. The pain of depression becomes numb after the years of The Change. Its the way it its. Its perfect.
But sometimes.. The luscious colors, random fashion garments, southern whitening storms, open the vault to his knowledge, and he finds himself, enjoys himself, remembers himself. He is happy. Its Outrageously perfect!

Its been about 3 months, around there when Aleksandra took off, scrammed outa town on a splendid adventure to the asain seaboards! So refreshing to be reunited with friends and family again, its a good change to your active schedule, especially when your days have been a bore lately. Aleks wasn't supposed to be back already, came home early, which explains the mass confusion throughout the city! Im so fulfilled I could just wrap her up in Alcan! Speaking of tinfoil, the texture of this product is so interesting, like metal sheets you can bend. Sometimes its so lustrous you wanna put it in your mouth, I forbid it of coarse, speaking from personal experience. I wonder how one gets involved in the tinfoil industry? Hmmm Aleks lets work with tinfoil, we can wrap each other little outfits ALL THE TIME! This will be our office.

I learned a new word today by accident. Saccharine. I don't even know how to pronounce it properly, as though there's a hidden silent. There are a few ways to use Saccharine. Here are examples:

1. A resemblance to the meaning of sugar: The recipe calls for ingredients with a Saccharine taste.
2. More abundant then just sugar; sugary: You must taste my Saccharine desert.
3. Exaggeratedly sweet or sentimental: A saccharine song of undying love.

These knits were later worn by holy people and the wealthy, up until 1589, when the knitting machine was introduced, which meant all could enjoy! Now the sock solely stands with the foot, which not only provides an accessory in fashion, but status within luxury and comfort!

Directed by my favorite director Michel Gondry. He has done my other favorite and im sure yours too, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind and Be kind Please Rewind. Gael Garcia Bernal stars in this french dreamlike film, who I might add is another one of my favorites. Nam nam nam nam.. This film has the complex of complete randomness while Mr. Bernals main character, 'Stephane', intertwines his dreamscape with reality. Truly imaginative, creative, and inspiring. Especially if your a random/artistic junky like me. I can easily categorize this movie as Art. The french language seems far more appealing to me now as I get older, and while watching this, it makes me not only want to learn french but live in it. My Tom Ford's Film Review

The most beautiful film ever created! 'A Single Man' staring Colin Firth, Julianne Moore, Ginnifer Goodwin and directed by the ever most talented designer Tom Ford. The film is based on Christopher Isherwood's novel 'A Single Man'. I rather not explain the movie, the preview already can spoil the experience. I just can't get over how absolutely breath taking it is, especially in theaters, the screen around you is like a visual novel, everything captured is being read out to you. Amaaaaaazing! Hmm.. does the future speak director for designer? I sure hope so, its about bloody time we see more talent with cinematography and over throw these pathetic blockbuster debt dumps! Extinction is Forever

I should be asleep considering I have an important day at work tomorrow.. But I came across a thought and a photo online, while checkin out the latest on greenpeace. The site dedicated to saving our planet due to many things such as climate change, warfare, extinction, etc. There was this picture of some monkey species with bold writing across the top "EXTINCTION IS FOREVER". Processing in my mind, thinking, realizing, wow thats an obvious fact! Its as though society does not grasp the idea when an animal becomes a threat to extinction, its a serious matter. Its as though we need to see these species die off, to actually learn and be aware of the same problem rising again. Will it take our own species, humans, to start dying off to realize, something needs to be done, which by then would be to late. What can we do? Is extinction the natural order to all species? Will we become extinct? Will I become extinct? Yes actually I will, Im only one of my own and when I die, there will be no more of me. Which is weird and an interesting thought.. Its almost a never ending conflict, and sparks up many other conflicts like, religion, doomsday, mother nature, past, present, future, and the list can go on. As of now I know at least two things: 1. Society has to change its ways and learn to love the world and its natural habitants. 2. I am losing focus, so its time to sleep. I know I didn't go as far as I would like to with this subject. I raised a lot of questions and unfinished statements, maybe I just don't want you all to take my thoughts for granted and use them against me! We may never know. Pc.

Speaking of September, this song was featured in one of the mix CDs at work last september. I can't get over how much this reminds me of Club! Every bit of it, down to the cabana section, to the I want to kill you because your ignorant. Not really. Even though we don't have a child section, we have the 'dress a bitch, we speak the truth with attitude' section. Them nude swim trunks get me every time.

a Giraffe, a Male Model, and High Heels

Nothing like inspired giraffe outfits sported by male super models! I snatched this shot from designscene.net, one of my favorite sites. They specialize on fashion updates, anything thats anything on the prevailing taste. The German brother of mine behind this special photo is Karl Lagerfeld. Home designer to Chanel, Fendi, and his own karllagerfeld.com. The world known male model posing with the real or unreal animal is Baptiste Giabiconi. What a piece. His agencies have been splashing his body from magazine to magazine. Although he is huge and everyone wants a slice of his essence, Eugene Bauder is still my paramour. The home base to this photo belongs to www.purple.fr/fashion.php?i=1 (Purple Fashion Magazine). A heavy stylized topic booklet from Paris, France. I don't know to much on the mag but apparently this photo may or may not belong to it. There's some argument to it at design scene. I don't know, but what I do know is what I wrote down in the first sentences before..

What I really wanted to share is the what 6" high heels Baptiste is wearing. Dangerous for the male heel and the famous drag queens, don't want Baptiste to get to comfortable now, or do we..? Perhaps the effect Lagerfeld wanted for this photo is portraying the art of man standing tall with a wild print like the giraffe. Sort of a friendly savour to the species we place on the back burner. After all art plays a huge role in the fashion industry. Or maybe its just a plain john photo with a man wearing high heels, frightening the heterosexuals. There are many frames of Baptiste and the heels, each one appearing more random after another. Maybe Lagerfeld has an answer for each of them or maybe they were just spontaneously created without an insight at all. Who knows, but what I do know is that I will never casually wear high heels, for a show yea, but not for myself.

Ahh.. The ever so sexist heels, so my eye like friend Rees would say (she's like an eye. Can see what's right in front of her and tells anyone how it is). You see, where I work these days, the ladies are forced to wear heels, black kittens or 2". Rees is so against this she wrote a paper on all the heels disadvantages. She wears flats often and is ready to stand her ground when it comes to heel wearing. Even though they create major health problems for the foot and ankle after some years of wear and tare, the company insists the girls to fall head over heels. I believe the label we work for definitely grabbed some of Karl Lagerfeld's designs, without a doubt, and proclaims the female staff to showcase the knockoffs by wearing black sexy heels.

Hmm.. Sometimes for fun I like to believe we are just living a dream. We make the rules and ideas all around us, our own dealer and creator to our mishaps and annoyances. Or maybe the dream is us living and what I said is true and real. Huh. I don't know, I may be confusing myself now. Anyway I hope Baptiste Giabiconi and Karl Lagerfeld work together some more, I would like to see their creation, so my interest can write about it.

Sugar Crisp Cereal

Yes, sugar crisp! As I typed my hunger in the last first blog, this cereal came into mind. I couldn't resist the sweet sugary fluffy texture of it. Cereal is something I always have to rotate with, ill go through 4 to 5 kinds before I repeat the same cereal. It's just to keep my mornings more exciting, and nights. I will now regret eating this kind, because when I go pee I will smell the cereal, like asparagus. Its strange.

Anyway it was delicious and as I sat with my head propped up against my pillows, 2% milk dripping down my chin, I realized how awful the add on the box was. The newly designed sugar bear looks drugged, with a lazy smile, a tasteless brown turtle neck sweater, and a hand reaching out with puffy wheats as though they're tablets of sugar ecstasy. Its ridiculous, blah, and a disgrace to the olden day sugar bear. Perhaps this young cub grew up to be the tiresome digitally animated addict to its own product bear today. Wo, he really let him self go!

The appearance of cereal is constantly evolving, its crazy towns (medium crazy)! I noticed the catchy tune I personally now remember, 'Can't get enough of that Sugar Crisp, yea' isn't around. I reckon the song was selling and not the cereal, so they cut it. Like the kit kat melody. I hope us cereal lovers can see a new and improved sugar bear soon. Shouldn't be to long. I wonder if there is still a Sugar Crisp commercial! Huh. Well I guess thats all I have to say about that. Although I am glad to have written about Sugar Crisp, cereal ain't so hard to spell anymore. I would like to concentrate on having this blog as a center to my many ways of remembering, creating, sharing and well blogging anything that interests me. I may be grammatically incorrect at times, degrading, helpful, interesting, gay, possibly boring and well I could list more, but thats for you to discover, if interested. I don't want to give away more about myself because its to soon, and I find it exhausting. Through every blog I post in the future you'll learn more about me I promise.

I believe this was taken about a year ago, dancing at a not so random club with a friend, kiki. Yea we have some original grooves thanks for noticing. I find it amazing how we can capture a perfect image of a moment that passes by so quick. Glance back. Smile. Then try to relive that moment. Share it. Maybe write about it. I'm not going to write about this moment. I can however write about kiki. She is 20 something years, has striking black hair, light skin, likes to call herself grandma, owns a rambunctious black cat, listens to ska music, and wears the color red very well. I know more of her of coarse but those were just the main things that fall into my mind when I see and chill with her. We used to work together at an art gallery, never a dull moment there! Yea she's a doll. I am super hungry right now so thats my closing sentence. Oh and her real name isn't Kiki.
